There's nothing better than having a quiet weekend at home just hanging out with the family!!! Everyone is healthy, we had almost no commitments, and I got some scrap time in....what more could I ask for?
I made this card for the Cuttlebug Challenge blog, and in the process of making it, Amber at LIITD posted a card challenge!
I love that Birds & Branches die, it's so cute and versatile!
This next layout is close to my heart, the photograph is of my Dad with his parents in 1941. They all look so beautiful, and I miss them all.
Well I guess I better go feed the family before the chicklets get crabby!!!

Hi Lisa, love that card. I've been coveting a cuttlebug for a while now but it'll have to wait. I do feel like getting my embossing stuff out now, tho! x
Beautiful card - love that bird and leaves. I've not seen it before - you have done a great job with it.
The scrapbook page is so moving - lovely memories beautifully presented.

Maggie, the bird & branch are by Sizzix. I think aside from my cuttlebug embossing folders, this is my favorite die!
