Today is officially the last day that I am a Stay At Home Mom (I don't count weekends), and I'm sad, but a little excited too! It has been so wonderful being able to stay home these last 4 years with my chicklets, I know how lucky I am to have had this time! I've been busy all week prepping to go back to work, shopping for a whole new wardrobe...ok that was fun, getting daycare in place, lunch program, you know all that fun stuff. Now that all that stuff is taken care of I can relax and have fun this weekend! Tomorrow I'm off to Miami (Manitoba not Florida), for an all day fun crop.......and I'm sure a little shopping will happen too! ;)
So not only does Monday mark my first day at the new job, but it's also the return of Say It In Scrap!!! That's right the winter break that we took is over and we are back, I hope you'll pop in on Monday (while I'm dying in training, tee hee) and check out the new challenge!!!
Here's a little Christmas layout I did for the MPC at Love Is In The Details, it's based on a sketch by the lovely and talented Mel B. (yes I like to call her Mel. B because it makes me think of the Spice Girls...tee hee).
The little gift I made using a Sizzix die, but I think I need to add something to the centre of that bow...it's looking a little plain.
