It's time for my monthly reveal at Love Is In The Details!! This month I picked Crate Paper's Emma's Shoppe pack to work with. This paper was very girly....not something I use alot but I loved it!!
To go along with the Crate Paper I also picked some Maya Road chipboard, Maya Road canvas banners and Ranger's Shrink Plastic. If you have not used the shrink plastic I recommend it...so much fun!!! Seriously it's like being a kid again and watching Shrinky Dinks through the oven window!
I made the butterfly on this layout using the Shrink Plastic and the Tim Holtz Fanciful Flight sizzix die. I even pulled out the alcohol inks to color it!
Once I opened up this paper pack I knew that this line was perfect for these fairy photos! This girl was just beautiful, her wings & backdrop are absolutely gorgeous! She gave the kids each a little glass stone and then sprinkled them with some Fairy Dust.
I snapped this photo of my Mom sewing a few years back, actually she had no idea I'd even taken it! LOL Watching my Mom sew holds a lot of memories for me going back to being a little girl. Sewing is not a passion that I've picked up, but I do enjoy stitching on my layouts...so it's not totally lost on me. ha ha ha
